Abstract

This paper presents the development of an electromagnetic damper by combining three stages of proposed system damping, as: eddy current damping, magnetic levitation and magnetic repulsion. Based on the experimental setup theoretical evaluation as well as fine modelling were presented. Develpoment of EMD prototype was shown, by explaining its control and feedback system.
