Abstract

Recently the monitoring and diagnosis of rotating machines has become an effective tool for early detection of defects and monitor changes over time.

Machine’s maintenance requires a good understanding of the phenomena related to the onset and development of defects detected, the appearance of a fault at an early stage and follow their evolution shows a great industrial value, for this we execute the predictive maintenance following the extrapolated forecast of the analysis and evaluation of significant parameters of the degradation of the property, the methodology proposed in this article is based on the reliability estimation using stochastic processes particularly Wiener process to model the phenomena of degradation of bearings.
