Abstract

Condition monitoring of the gear power transmis-sions teeth meshing vibrations and bearings vibration evaluation are studied in this article. The research results were acquired in practice during long term diagnostics of energy generating machines in situ. The ordinary helical gear train has few times higher vibration acceleration level in comparison with epicyclical gear train. The gears vibra-tion acceleration parameter was used for diagnostics and evaluation teeth meshing quality as high frequency vibra-tion in antifriction bearing diagnostics.
