Abstract

An unsteady phase transformation cycle of sprayed water droplets was numerically modelled in humid air. This cycle combines condensing and unsteady evapo-ration modes. Method influence of droplet diameter selec-tion in iterative cycle was estimated for calculated droplet phase transformation parameters. A comparative analysis of modeling results was performed, when a droplet coarse-ness stability condition is applied in iterative cycle or drop-let diameter is used in ordinary iteration, when it was de-fined in former iteration. Phase transformation cycle was modelled for droplets in combined conduction-radiation case. Assumption of droplet size stability in iterative cycle inadequacy at „droplet“ task numerical solution algorithms.
