Abstract

Firstly it has been experimentally revealed that the cause of the anomalous properties manifestation of viscous fluids and particularly water and these properties increase for anomalous fluids in the cracks is a new micro-cracked effect “fluid-medium” system. It is recommended scientific and practical results of the micro-cracked effect in “fluid-medium” system which can be considered for analysis of the different industry fields.
