Abstract

The article presents analytical results and the re-sults of experimental investigations evaluating constructive stress and strain concentration under low cycle loading. The methods of calculation of cyclic strain diagrams in concentration zones during each loading semicycle was validated and justified experimentally. The investigations were conducted with concentrators = 1.4; 2.5; 3.5 and cyclically softening material – grade 15X2MФA steel. The analysis of stress and strain state in concentration zones presented in the article showed that under stationary load-ing stress and strain factors and asymmetry factors nonsta-tionary vary in concentration zones, and high plastic strains are formed. The comparison of the analytical and experi-ment results showed that the calculation results of stress and strain state in concentration zones quite satisfy the data of the experiments.
