Researching the behaviour of movable two-cutter blocks in case of skiving apertures
Abstract
A movable cutter assembly with two blades situatedat 180º is often used for cutting deep light apertures.This assembly provides high stability of the technologicalsystem and accuracy with the final dimensions. In this paper,a theoretical analysis of the influence of their axis displacementwith the rectilinear leading skiving edges overthe diameter of the working aperture is presented. The finalcorrelations on the quantitative value of that influence alsohave practical application.Downloads
