Hydraulic machine wear control by working regime
Abstract
Peculiarities of hydraulic machine wear are ana-lyzed in this paper. Mechanism of friction couples erosion and its research methods are described. It is stated that hav-ing stopped the machine the liquid is squeezed from slits in friction couples and when their elements come into contact the erosion of their surfaces occurs.Formulas for computation of critical time required for the surfaces contact are derived and presented in the paper. A speeded up method for resource testing of hy-draulic machines is described. Its essence lies in a frequent switching on and off the machine, keeping pauses slightly longer than critical time. To prolong the resource of a hy-draulic machine the number of its stops should be reduced to minimum, pauses between stops and starts should be kept shorter than critical time.
