Abstract

In the paper the type synthesis of the geared linkages with linear actuation is presented. For the planetary geared linkages the mathematical model is developed and systematically presented. The obtained relationships are used for the kinematic analysis in order to investigate the behavior of cycloid geared linkages. The analysis shows the influence of the normalized geometrical parameters on the behaviour of these geared linkage structures.
