Abstract

Real industrial machinery is never perfect. We encounter manufacturing defects, operating clearances, and more effects and parameters: temperature, rotation speeds, etc.

The analysis of vibration is to provide information on the condition of equipment in order to ensure the planning of operations of maintenance.

This study examines condition-monitoring strategies for Semolina Decorticator DH 201.This machine exhibits several simultaneous mechanical faults. including imbalance rupture. bearing defects. and wear. Experimental and numerical results for the detection and identification of numerous faults that may occur in various mechanical components are presented.

To achieve this. various fault indicators are detected or calculated using a vibrational analysis method. We programmed the vibration of measurement points using vibration analysis software. Subsequently. vibration measurements were conducted using a data collector.

The results of theoretical simulations were compared with experimental measurements to determine the severity of mechanical faults and establish an appropriate vibrational prognosis. This work is enriched by the proposed technological solution and potential tests.
